Real Japanese Green Tea Return Policy

Refund Policy
At Real Japanese Green Tea, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Wholesale Returns
We understand that in the course of business, issues may arise that necessitate the return of products. Real Japanese Green Tea is committed to working with our wholesale partners to resolve these issues promptly and fairly.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the items to be picked up and will provide a replacement or issue a credit, as preferred.

Order Discrepancies: Discrepancies in orders must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the order. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible.

Returns for Other Reasons: If you wish to return products for reasons other than damage, defect, or order discrepancy, please contact us. These returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that all returns must be in their original, unopened packaging and in sellable condition. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions to this policy will be made if the return is due to an error made by Real Japanese Green Tea, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.
